Cancellation
Your credit card is required to book your appointment. If anything is to come up we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not call and cancel in 24 hours or a no-call-no-show happens you will be charged in full amount. I understand this time is difficult with COVID but please call or email if anything happens.
We have a 15 min grace period. Please call and let us know you are on your way and we can adjust your service or reschedule if needed. If rescheduled you will be charged 50% of the service you missed.
Payment & Satisfaction
Payment through card is only accepted at this time. Gratuity is preferred in cash but Venmo is also accepted.
We always want you to feel and look beautiful. If you are ever unsatisfied with your service please let us know within 7 days for a complimentary redo.
COVID Safety
Mask must be worn at all times for everyones safety. Please wear a mask that loops around the ears to make your services smoother for our team. Everything is individually sanitized before and after each client. Thank you & stay safe.
